Changes to these can include feeling tired all the time, sleeping too much or not at all, loss of interest in daily activities, slowed thinking, feelings of worthlessness, etc. Often overshadowed by these emotional symptoms; however, depression is a complex mood disorder that can manifest as various physical symptoms like weight fluctuations, sleep disturbances, and gastrointestinal issues, to name a few, which can cause serious damage to our bodies.
