Concierge and Real Estate Coordinator
Alexander joined the Atrium team in July 2022 as Concierge & Hospitality Coordinator.
He has worked in the luxury hospitality industry for more than 10 years. He spent most of his life in hotels managed by his father. Following this, he did his apprenticeship as Hotelfachmann and worked in several positions before transitioning to Reception/Concierge.
After a few years, he was promoted to Concierge Teamleader and was responsible for the Concierge Desk at Park Hyatt Zurich. Here, he was also able to be a part of the opening team of the Atlantis by Giardino as Concierge Teamleader where he created memorable experiences for leisure clients. He was in the enrollment process of Clefs D'or as well.After almost 10 years in Hospitality, Alex changed his gears and tried a new adventure in the luxury watch industry at IWC Schaffhausen at Bahnhofstrasse.
His passion is to host and creating unforgettable experiences, and his goal is to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service.
Alex is fluent in German (mother tongue) and English.
