Andrea Alexandra M. Günter works as an Art Therapist for The Kusnacht Practice. Andrea sees herself as a reflected Practitioner. Her lifelong calling is to empower individuals to, step by step, experience a break and sustainable relaxation, regaining their strength in their lives to create and live a healthy rhythm that matches their real needs. With a wide range of creative and effective methods, which she is continuously deepening and expanding, her goal is to help others heal, express and learn about themselves through art.
Andrea is trained by the founders of the holistic Swiss Institute APK for Process Orientation and Art Therapy. She holds a Master of Arts in Art Education from the Zurich University of the Arts.
In her training as an Art Therapist, she gained clinical work experience in several clinics, such as the Psychiatric Hospital St. Gallen Nord and at the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich.
Andrea is also a member of the Association of Art Therapists (GPK) of the German-speaking part of Switzerland and an associated member of the British association of art therapists (Baat).
She speaks German and English.
