Anita Basu started with The Kusnacht Practice as a Project Manager in August 2022 before becoming Clinical Administrator ‑ Quality & Innovation.
Originally from Bangalore, India, Anita has worked in healthcare organisations since 1991. After completing her studies in Hamburg, Germany, as a registered nurse she continued to develop her skills and specialised as a scrubnurse in the operating theatre in hospitals in Switzerland.
After acquiring a Masters Degree in Healthcare Management she ventured out to supervise building and leading and managing a hospital in the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Anita is a person who leads teams with openness, transparency and clear well-communicated goals. Fairness, participation of all involved as well as collaboration with all individuals and partners lead to her personal success story.
Anita's main goal in her current role is improving the client experience, pursuing innovative methods and enabling the company in building strong bridges between partners and stakeholders.
Her organisational talents give her the ability to react efficiently in times of heavy workload. She is open curious to new endeavours and has a positive, confident outlook towards lifecycles and change. She strongly believes that we succeed together through constant motivation, fostering the set grades of excellence and quality service.
