He is keen on keeping up-to-date with new research and developments within the therapeutic field and helping The Kusnacht Practice stay ahead of the curve when it comes to providing the best possible treatment. He worked for many years in the UK building and developing services and supporting clients and staff to deliver high-quality care.

His natural, down-to-earth approach helps clients feel at ease and be open to the idea and process of change. Dean knows that the core conditions of empathy, congruence and acceptance are the foundations for establishing an environment where growth and change can occur and that a client with these foundations will be capable of moving forward of transforming their lives.

Dean has a passion for helping others. He believes in the ability of human beings to be able to turn around situations which on the surface may appear hopeless. He loves seeing people making positive changes, achieving their goals and reconnecting with their own potential. When this transformation occurs, it impacts not only on the individual but also on their families and communities.

He is one of the longest-serving members of the team at The Kusnacht Practice. He has played a key role in the continued development of the service, and in our quest for the very highest quality and excellence throughout each aspect of the care we provide.
