Erica is a Massage Therapist and holds a diploma as a Health Consultant and Massage Therapist (classic- deep tissue and Esalen based massage, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage) from a Zurich-based school.
After years of work in an office admin role, Erica wanted to do something to bring joy from her work. She also wanted to use her passion for health and nutrition in whatever she was going to pursue.
