Gaia is a former ski athlete and a sport scientist specialized in rehabilitation. She started her journey in Switzerland as a ski instructor at the Ski School of St. Moritz training high profile individuals who already possessed an advanced level of skiing.
Gaia completed her Master in Sport Science at the University Innsbruck and specialized in Sports and Exercise Therapy in Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Traumatology (CAS SwissORT) at the University in Bern.
She has extensive experience working with orthopaedic, neurological, and psychiatric patients. She also trains healthy individuals with the aim of improving their health, mental well-being, and physical performance.
Gaia is passionate about her field of expertise and dedicates a significant number of hours studying and researching with the goal of bringing the latest and most advanced training methodologies and health technologies into her work.
Gaia speaks English, German and Italian fluently.
