Ivana Suter is the Head of Human Resources at The Kusnacht Practice. Originally from Salvador, Brazil, Ivana studied journalism and photography in Grand Rapids, USA, and Paris, France, before moving to Switzerland.
She started her career with one of the largest and most prestigious non-profit organisations, where she discovered her passion for HR. She furthered her expertise by obtaining a Swiss Human Resources Specialist certificate and completing a B.A. (Hons) degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology at Arden University in the UK. With a strong enthusiasm for languages and diverse cultures, Ivana has found professional fulfillment in HR by building strong professional relationships based on trust and ethical responsibility. Her expertise in social psychology, talent management, and personality dynamics contributes to her strategic approach to human resources.
