Ivana Suter is a HR Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist at The Kusnacht Practice.
Originally from Salvador, Brazil, Ivana studied journalism and photography in Grand Rapids, USA and in Paris, France before moving to Switzerland. After a year, exclusively dedicating her time to learning German, Ivana started to work for one of the largest and most prestigious non-profit organisations where she discovered her passion for the HR field.
Ivana has strengthened her knowledge in HR by pursuing a Swiss Human Resources Specialist certificate and is currently in her last year to complete a bachelor’s (Hons) degree in HRM and Psychology at Arden University, UK.
With her enthusiasm for languages, people and ethnicity, Ivana has found professional fulfillment in the HR domain and strives to further build strong professional relationships based on trust, empathy, and ethical responsibilities.
Apart from her Portuguese mother tongue, Ivana is fluent in English, French, and German.
