Chief Financial Officer
José Baños is the Chief Financial Officer/CFO and member of the management of the Kusnacht Practice AG. He acts as the sparring partner between the Shareholders, the Board of Directors, the CEO and his management colleagues. His main goals are to ensure the outstanding quality of the company Financials and keep optimized all relevant processes in the long-term.
Before joining the Kusnacht Practice, he was the CFO and member of the management of companies in the machine industry, Asset Management, Real Estate and in a Law firm. He also worked in different private schools as a teacher for Finance, Accounting and Controlling and as Counsellor to the students.
José Baños holds different Master degrees in Accounting, Finance and Controlling and, apart from his native languages German and Spanish, speaks English, Italian and French.
