Klaysner Fonseca da Silva is part of the Client Relations team, where his role consists of providing the client and their family members complete and comprehensive support during the delicate process prior to treatment admission.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration through a scholarship programme in Brazil. His passion for people gave him the opportunity to build strong communication and interpersonal competencies. Over time and a variety of professional roles, which range from teaching to working in finances, his enthusiasm for developing customer experience became a passion as well as a profession.
Klaysner is a certified project manager, having previously worked with project and business process management optimisation, both in Brazil and the United Kingdom.
His cultural empathy took him around the world, and his long-term passion for changing lives led him to join The Kusnacht Practice team. Now captivated and fully engaged with The Kusnacht Practice’s mission, he aspires to be an ambassador of the unique and life changing approach, supporting clients with personal care and knowledge of the expertise provided at The Kusnacht Practice.
He speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish.
