Mark is a Swiss/American Private Chef and Butler with 15 years of kitchen experience who had the opportunity to work for exclusive clients in several countries before moving back to Switzerland and working for The Kusnacht Practice since 2016.
Studying in Switzerland gave him a strong culinary background in French/Italian cuisine while working in Restaurants and private Estates in Switzerland, California and Thailand broadened his culinary range.
He continues to develop his knowledge and passion for cooking through travel and cultural exchange with other chefs throughout the world.
