Maximilian joined The Kusnacht Practice in June 2021 and now serves as an HR Specialist, where he plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources team across both operational and administrative functions.

With over six years of experience in the tourism and service industries, Maximilian has honed exceptional social skills and a strong service orientation. His prior role as a Recruitment Consultant has endowed him with the expertise to significantly improve our internal recruitment processes.

In October 2019, Maximilian pursued further training as a “Personnel Assistant” at the NBW Institute in Zurich, Altstetten, which he completed in 2020. He thrives in an international environment, relishing the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from a diverse array of individuals from around the globe. This international exposure is a key driver of his passion and motivation in the field of Human Resources.

Maximilian is fluent in German, Italian, and English.
